This is a true story.....a example of what can happen on the web, where words are just words, and hearts and emotions can be easily swayed and played with as toys! Guys, be careful !!!!
No names, other than first names, no locations or other information will be given. This is meant strictly as an example of what can happen on here, not as a revengeful act, as i still have feelings for her.
It started when they meant thru one of these pen pal bulletin boards in late summer of 98. They contacted each other and started sending e-mails back and forth. He sent her pictures of himself and his sisters, and then they started chatting daily on AOL IM. It was like an everyday thing. She then really pushed talk to him over the phone, he didnt want to in the beginning, cause of his familys rules on giving out phone numbers and address's on the web. But reluctantly, he did, and she started calling him, using a calling card, so her parents wouldnt find out. She would call in the mornings, before he left for school, and he would call her at her place where she worked.
Then came birthday times. It was strange, but there birthdays were a day apart in September. he gave her his dads po box, and she gave him her friends po box, and they sent each other gifts...it was rather cool. They started talking about marraige, and having children, and going to school maybe together, or close by each other. She really wanted him to come visit, and they were trying to get together over Christmas break. She would send him stuff, out of the clear blue, really loving person.
During this time, he was recovering from an accident, that prevented him from playing sports, and also they had discovered a small tumor in his brain, non-cancerous..but he had to start getting treatments from this place in Boston. He thought maybe she shouldnt get involved, and be stuck with someone in his condition, but she said she would stick by him no matter what. he had tremendous headaches, and suffered from shorterm memory lose, that made studies really difficult. he was really frustrated with life, as it was becoming more difficult for him to maintain himself.
She also managed to make contact with his cousin in Minn, who is a soph in college there, and started getting more information about him, and his life, and his family. Also, his sisters struck up a good relationship with her, and they became good friends.
When school started, and she went out for Volley ball, she started getting busy nights and week ends were tournaments, then she got a job, and what used to be a daily occurrence, now became hit or miss during the week. he got frustrated with that, and paranoid, cause she wasnt around all the time. He got mad, and they had some tough times, they were both at fault, but they were hanging in. She was also getting paranoid. It was hard to all of a sudden lose contact with one that you were so deeply in love with. Especially when you were in contact with eachother two or three times a day, and then to only talk once or twice a week.
In there talking, she kept mentioning her dark past, but wouldnt say anything about it, but yet she knew everything there was about him, thru his sisters and his cousin. They shared things, as girls do. But in the end, he would find out that she also had problems, so he was not alone, but that did little for her understanding of him. For she to had deep problems, as she would feel so down, she would cut herself , inflict cuts into her...which is more common than one thinks. If he knew this, things would have been different, as i think he would have been even more compassionate than he is. So much for a trusting relationship.
He had met only one of her friends, which he introduced to his best friend, and they to started to be on-line friends. But in the end, which happened like a lite switch, it all came to an abrupt end. All of a sudden, she was no longer there! His e-mails and cards went unanswered, until out of the blue came a letter from a totaly unknown person , that told him to stop, or they would go to the police! Nice way to end! Also, her friend, abruptly stopped writing to his buddy. Talk about revenge...that is one firey chick!
He took most of the stuff, and pictures she had sent him, and mailed it all back to her...no derogatory notes, or hate letters...just sent it back. he has never shown any hatred towards this person at all...he still has feelings for her, why i dont know...human nature is funny. But, i thought this story should be told...cause it is happening all the time, and emotions on the internet are as real, as life itself.
As an addon, pictures and presents that she had sent him, were sent back to her, but she has yet to send only his pictures back, that is all we ask of her, just send his pictures back!! For she truley fits the word "BITCH".

How do i know all this? I am the cousin! My cousin doesnt know i have done this, i thought the story should be told!
